How does upgrading work?+
Sign up first, then pick Pro (€9.90/mo or €99.00/yr) or Business (€24.90/mo or €249.00/yr) under Billing in the app. Payment runs through Stripe and the new features unlock right away.
Can I export my data?+
Yes. The Excel export with properties, leases, costs and meters is included in Pro and Business — your data stays yours.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. You cancel in the app yourself. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then the account returns to Free. No lock-in.
